"I can’t rate this company highly enough. Not only are their products the best quality but customer service is excellent. I bought grass seed and had a problem with it going missing in the post. This wasn’t the fault of A1 but they were so helpful and happy to sort out the issue. Tina couldn’t have been nicer. I bought another bag as I needed it in a hurry and my first bag ended up arriving with the new one. When I let Tina know it had finally arrived she refunded me and let me keep it as a gesture of good will. A1 didn’t have to do this but I’m really grateful. My new grass has been down for just under 2 weeks now and has already sprouted and is looking great. I highly recommend A1 and will definitely be buying anything else i need from them.
