Groundcare Machinery Maintenance - Health and Safety (E-Learning)

This online course covers health and safety for mowers.

It needs to be successfully completed before undertaking any of the classroom-based Groundcare Machinery Maintenance courses.

This is a mandatory module which needs to be successfully completed before undertaking any of the following classroom-based Groundcare Machinery Maintenance courses (available through LANTRA):

• Groundcare Machinery Maintenance - Electrics
• Groundcare Machinery Maintenance - Hydraulics
• Groundcare Machinery Maintenance - Mower Setup
• Groundcare Machinery Maintenance - Mower Sharpening

This course consists of a single module which needs to be completed to access the assessment. The assessment has a pass mark of 70% with 2 attempts to meet the minimum score.

This health and safety course covers health and safety rights and responsibilities of people in work.

It deals with the knowlegde required to mkae sure that you can:

• Identify risks in the workplace
• Take sensible action to resolve situations which pose a danger to yourself and others in the workplace
